Soft and Brave.

This is a chance to go deep in a unique group format.

This is a very special 4 weeks.

 

We begin each session with a physical warm up and mindfulness practices, followed by time to share about what's happening in your life. Then we’ll have a full breathwork session, followed by group process time. The final segment is deep nervous system restoration practices based on polyvagal theory. In between classes, we will have a daily breath exercises and journaling prompts.

  • Where you feel stuck

  • What your biggest hopes and dreams are

This group is a recipe for some of the most profound healing I've ever encountered. You will be supported to go deep and to rewire some of the most damaging limitations currently at work in your psyche, your nervous system, your physiology and your spirit.

Therapeutic Breathwork, or Conscious Connected Breathing is a cyclic, slightly faster than usual, breathing pattern that helps you move through repression of all kinds that may be holding you back or limiting your growth, vitality, and joy. Modern trauma research tells us that repression lives in the body on a cellular level, escaping even our most through efforts to identify it and to heal through classic modalities alone.
