Private Breathwork

Private Breathwork is one of the best tools we have for personal transformation and deep healing. Often the patterns of trauma and our past misunderstandings and wounds get in the way of our life. And yet, we're not always conscious of how this is happening - or when.

Conscious Connected Breath allows us to become more aware of those patterns, release the hold our past traumas have on us, and shift our relationship with our own lives.

Private Breathwork is often the best way to be introduced to Conscious Connected Breath. I am able to give you my full attention, helping you to work through any challenges in your breath, helping you to understand how your breath habits are reflective of your life habits, and guiding you to a more balanced, vitalized version of yourself.

We meet for two hours, either in my studio in New Orleans or online via Zoom. In the course of each session, we'll reflect on your current circumstances, set an intention for your Breathe and then I'll guide and support you through the experience.

After you have completed your active breathing, we'll process whatever insights that came up.

After the first session, you'll understand the basic breath pattern and have a direct experience of how powerful it can been. I recommend a series of 6-10 sessions for folks who are in a process of transformation or who need support navigating more difficult subjects.
