Service Description
New Orleans World Breathing Day will begin with an introduction to the power of breathwork to change individual and collective patterns, a one hour conscious connected breathwork session, and connecting with each other. No previous breathwork is required! This gathering is intended for adults, and we ask that all participants be 18 or older. Thank you for understanding. All donations for World Breathing Day support Community Leader Breathwork Circles: spaces for our tireless community leaders to get the support, processing, healing, and vision they offer us every day.
