Service Description
In this two hour workshop we'll gather, check in, breathe, and process our experience as a group. This breathwork technique employs faster than normal breathing and activates repression stored in the body that limits us, often subconsciously, giving us the opportunity to taste life unbound to the wounds of the past. The result of unprocessed, often painful, life experience can be a spectrum of suffering that constantly restricts or cuts us off from our natural state of wellbeing, vitality and aliveness. Our true nature is one of connectedness, curiosity, resilience and play. This is a process of undoing, returning, and coming deeply alive. This is a safe and at times very activated space, and is not for everyone. If you're unsure, contact me to discuss in more detail. Sessions will be posted monthly.
