2026 New Years Retreat

Service Description

This year we will be holding our new years retreat at the new studio in the Holy Cross neighborhood of New Orleans. Over the course of 3 days we will practice many powerful exercises and sessions to help us: heal, resolve, forgive and let go on the one hand, and create, grow, connect and regenerate on the other hand. The New Year is a special time to intentionally cross over from what was into whats becoming. Doing so in a community is so potent, and within this container of time and family we will go quite deep. From the evening of Dec 30 to the afternoon of the 1st we will be doing reflection, breathwork, mindful art, embodiment work, creating our next chapter, and much more. Participants will go home at night, or to your nearby lodging. Our team can help organize housing and logistics for our out of town guests. Here are the details: Retreat times: Dec 30th 6pm-9pm Dec 31st 12pm-12am (noon-midnight) Jan 1st 12pm-3pm On new years eve we will share our dinner meal together, provided by our team. There will be time between segments to sit by the fire, have tea, journal and connect. The cost is $450 Presence at all 3 days is highly encouraged
